The company is managed by Arnaud FUSILIER, engineer, graduated of ENIM (Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz) and with a master's degree in electrical and automatic engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electrotechnique, d'Electronique, d'Informatique, d'Hydraulique et des Télécommunications of Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse.

ASI Ingénierie is an engineering office with a predominantly mechanical focus. The company's vocation is to research and develop new products.

ASI Ingénierie has, from its experience with the Logcut brand and its legacies of JMF electronics, strong skills in mechanical design, hydraulics, automation, electrical engineering, pneumatics, robotics and acoustics.
